The Greenergies Foundation Project aim to speed up accessibility of available economical earth friendly Alternate Energies, technologies and scenarios aka Greenergies.

network emcompassing technical & environmental data handling;
allowing for in the field identification of Greenergists or
Greenergized equipments and guiding transactions between Greenergists.

a "TARPAI" Monitroring Forum and ad hoc Actions & Programs in the case of Technological Asylum Related Proposal and Issues, where Communication (Human Shield) and support (Resources & Logistics) could yield big time changes to paramount issues (i.e. Thorium depletion) or protect irreplacable knowledge of threatened inventors (i.e. Stan Meyer or Paul Pantone).
a Green Industrail Zone (GIZ) Campaign for the Arctic promoting the green savings offered by our Zero Fossil Fuel Zone (ZFFZ) Proposal in order to protect this Zone' pristine Heritage as much as we can while allowing the forecasted Industriual development to take place GHG free and at lesser costs.

We feel that on top of public implication, global technical, economical & environmental data, a million GUAUCK will ensure that Greenergies are included in global scenarios starting in 2013.

It all depends on the initial intentions between the GUAUCK.
Like any other donations to Greenergies, a GUAUCK can either be generic and support the Greenergies foundation Project as a whole or specific and assigned to a project or a staff presence at the Foundation.
In all cases, funds would be allocated according to our "three third worlds" principle.
